Every pound we receive goes to local charities and organisations. Through sponsorship, you are helping us to reduce our costs enabling us to distribute more money to various charities at our annual Presentation Night.

We welcome sponsorship of our events and Showground marquees. We have various marquees on the site. Our Craft and Model Marquees, the Indoor Trade Marquee and VIP tent. You can sponsor an event or particular section of the Showground if you would prefer.

The Show Programme is your official guide to the event and contains a whole host of information about the Show as well as many other pages of interest. Information inside includes a list of all the attractions available to you on Show day, a list of traders, Vintage Cars, Motor Cycles and Oil Engines. There is also a full plan of the showground so you don’t get lost!
Work on this year’s edition of the Programme is now underway. The Show Programme features adverts paid for by local businesses. Without their help, the printing of the Programme would not be possible. We are always on the lookout for new advertisers. Could that be you? The Programme is offered to everyone who enters the showground. With over 4,000 visitors at the most recent event, this represents a wide reaching audience who visit us each year and a lot of potential customers!
Adverts can be a mixture of pictures and text, how the advertiser fills their space is entirely up to them. If you would like to request advertising space, please get in touch with us either by phone or email.

If you would like a banner on the showground to compliment your Programme advert, please add a minimum of £25 to the amounts shown above.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to provide your own banner. Banners can be delivered to the showground on the day before the Show. We are able to put you in touch with a business who can make banners for you. All banners can be collected at the close of the Show on Sunday 10th July 2016. *For a reduced price of £100, you can request a double page advert in the Show Programme and also erect a banner on the showground. Please telephone us for more information. Adverts in the Programme can be designed for you at no extra charge. All adverts will be proofed back to you before the Programme goes to press. All material submitted by June 1st 2016 will be guaranteed inclusion in the 2016 edition of the Programme.
