At the most recent Show, we welcomed over one hundred Trade and Charity Stands. This year, we are hoping to attract a similar amount of stalls offering a wide selection of exhibits and services. Trade Stands are available on a first come first served basis. Space is likely to sell quickly so book early to avoid any disappointment. Please telephone us if you have any questions.

Downloading a Trade Stand form and returning it to us does not guarantee you entry to trade on Show day. Before you post your form, we recommend you telephone the Trade Stand enquiry line on 07547 940888. Alternatively, please email us for further guidance.

Trade Stand pitches are sold in metres. The minimum space available is 4 metres in width (approx 13 feet), at a cost of £48. Each pitch is 10 metres deep (approx 30 feet). If you require a deeper space then please telephone us. There is no upper limit on the amount of width a trader can request for their pitch. We will try to accommodate every request we receive however space is likely to sell quickly so please book early to avoid disappointment. You can increase the width of your pitch at a cost of £12 per metre. Please remember to enclose an SAE for your passes and receipt. Information for Charity Stall holders follows.

Charity Stall pitches measure 4 metres in width and one pitch costs just £25. A limited amount of space is available for Charity Stalls so please book early to avoid disappointment.


Please note that we now require copies of various documents before we are able to process your application. The documents required will vary depending upon the nature of your application. Common documents that we require copies of include:

Public Liability Insurance – essential in all cases.
Certificate of Motor Vehicle Insurance.
Food Hygiene certificate.
PAT tested certificate for electrical appliances.
Risk assessments.


You must provide us with a valid copy of your Certificate of Public Liability Insurance when you return your form to us. If you do not provide us with a copy then your application WILL NOT be processed. If you are exhibiting a vehicle of any description we also require you to provide us with a copy of your Certificate of Motor Insurance.


We welcome applications from people who would like to exhibit indoors. A pitch inside the Indoor Trade Marquee measures 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep. The cost of a unit is £25 which includes a table and two chairs. Please use the form available above to make a booking.


Two passes will be sent out with each Trade/Charity/Indoor Stand application. You can request a further two passes. If you require these please let us know. Please note that you must have a pass with you. If you do not produce a valid pass at your designated point of entry, you will be politely asked to pay the full entrance fee. More passes over the maximum amount are available, but these will have to be paid for. Strictly: No pass = no entry.


Those people who are trading on the Showground are politely asked to enter the Showground via the RED entrance. You will be sent a RED pass when your application has been processed. Passes will be sent out as the date of the Show approaches – mid June 2021. The colour of your pass indicates the colour of the entrance that exhibitors should use to enter the Show. All of the entrances will be well signposted from all major routes leading into Spilsby. We ask you to honour this system as it will make your entry to the site much easier and avoid the congestion that we have seen in recent years. Bookings made before the 1st June 2021 will be guaranteed an entry in the Show Programme. There will also be a Trade Stand competition, judged by one of our sponsors.
